Châteauguay’s illuminated parade welcomes Santa on November 28 from 6:45 p.m. Illuminated floats, marching bands, dancers, elves and characters are part of the event on Boulevard D’Anjou.
From Saint-Joachim to the library
The announced start is Église Saint-Joachim and the finish is Bibliothèque Raymond-Laberge. Spectators are invited along Boulevard D’Anjou. A full route is not given; use these landmarks without assuming the parade passes on other streets.
The bridge closes before the start
Arthur-Laberge bridge closes from 6:15 to 8 p.m., before the parade starts. Parking is not permitted at Église Saint-Joachim, École Marguerite-Bourgeois or city hall during closure hours. These constraints matter when planning your arrival; the event is free.
