Choral Christmas at the Basilica brings the Chœur Métropolitain to Notre-Dame on December 8. Léa Moisan-Perrier conducts this event in the Orchestre Métropolitain season.
From Vom Himmel hoch to Gloria
The programme includes Mendelssohn’s Vom Himmel hoch, Berlioz’s L’adieu des bergers à la Sainte Famille, Price’s Song for Snow and Rutter’s Gloria. Works by Humperdinck, Vaughan Williams and Rimsky-Korsakov are also listed.
Meet at Notre-Dame for 7:30 p.m.
The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal. Ticket prices and reservation terms still need confirmation; a season-calendar listing does not reserve a place.
